How do I book?  

Select the dates that you are looking to book and click Book - you will be taken to a secure gateway to complete payment. If you would like to inquire about your booking first or have any other questions - please just contact us and we will be able to help you from there. 

What if my dates aren't available?  

Contact us - as we may still be able to help. We do have other apartments available so please just get in touch with your preferred dates and leave it with us. 


What happens next?  

On booking, you will be sent the terms and conditions to sign and will be asked for a copy of your ID. This is a two minute process that can all be done quickly and easily online via the secure link that we send to you. Once we have received this your booking will be confirmed. You will receive an email a couple of days before your check in date with all the information you need ahead of your stay. On the morning of check in you will receive the information required to access the building. 

Why do we ask for ID? 

All guests are required to provide ID on booking as a safeguarding measure for the protection of the property and to prevent fraudulent credit / debit card activity we need to ensure that the ID matches the name on the payment card.  This is common practice for all Serviced Accommodation service providers. When is check in?  

Check in is from 3pm. Early arrival is accommodated, for an additional fee, wherever possible subject to the availability of your apartment. If you are booking on the same day, check in time may be later - please check first.  

When do I get the key collection code? 

You will be provided with an access code on the morning of your check in date, approx 6 hours prior to check in.

Do you take a Deposit?  

Yes - the day before check in we will take a deposit in the form of a pre-authorisation for £150, using the payment card used when booking. Following check out the apartment will be cleaned and inspected for damages.

I'm going to be arriving late, is that okay?  

Yes. This is ok but please remember that the apartment is in a residential block so all noise must be kept to an absolute minimum during night hours. Please also bear in mind that there will be no-one to answer any calls during the night hours, should you have difficulty finding the apartment or getting in. You will be given clear instructions however, so this shouldn’t be a problem.

When is check out?  

Check out is 10.00am.

Can we have a late check out?  

Late check out is available for an additional fee. This is subject to availability.

What do I do with the keys?  

Please ensure that the keys are returned to the Key Box in which they were left for you. Please scramble the code to lock the box and push the shutter hatch up to conceal the combination lock.

What if I get locked out?  

We do understand that accidents can happen, we therefore provide a 24 hour call out service in the unfortunate event that you get locked out. Relevant information is included within your welcome email.
